Medium-hilly soil, mainly clayey and marly with natural endowment of minerals and microelements. South-Southeast exposure.
Late harvest to perceive the complexity of the favored aromas from the complete ripening of the grapes. Manual and box harvest, with sorting of the grapes on the vine.
Destemming followed by cryomaceration and subsequent soft pressing ( 0,2-1 atm.). Alcoholic fermentation at 18-20 degrees, in heat-conditioned steel containers with selected indigenous yeasts
Bottling in the summer after the harvest and aging of 3 months in bottle before the sale

Ample aroma of exotic fruits with hints of hazelnut and vanilla. Excellent structure, savory and very persistent with hints of ripe fruits and sweet spices.
