Hilly land, arranged on three terraces. Full exposure to the South. Soil consisting of marl and sedimentary clays rich in fossils and microelements.

Autumn harvest to enhance the formation of sugars and the variety of aromas. Manual and box harvest, with sorting of the grapes on the vine.

Destemming and soaking in steel tanks, fermentation and maceration with the skins for very long periods. With repeated daily fulling.

In barrique for 12 months. Bottling and minimum aging in bottle of 18 months

Bottle 0,75 l – Magnum 1,5 l

The aroma is fine, spicy and ethereal. It alternates with hints of cherry fruit under the sun. The taste is enveloping, intense, structured and complex Excellent with cheeses and meats.

From the sale is guaranteed a long and positive evolution. A wine of great longevity.
